IPELENG BOTSHELO is a 100/% black owned Human Resources Management Company, providing professional services through our expertise to companies and organisations.

It is a fairly new company, founded in 2022 to provide human resources and labor relations services to companies and organisations across nine provinces of South Africa.

The consultancy recognises and acknowledge the imperative of transformation agenda of the country and will adhere to these legislative requirements in all its business dealing.

Providing most important services required by our clients and using our professionalism with good quality work and experience to provide knowledge, guidance, advise and support in Human Resources environments.


Employee relations/ Industrial Relations

Consultancy assist in providing guidance, advise and support in building harmonious and mutual respect within the workplace that will contribute towards improved and sustainable productivity. Helping to ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies, collective agreements and employment legislation e.g. BCEA, LRA, SDA, EEA etc.

Training & Development

We assist the companies/organizations with the skills needs analysis in order to determine the appropriate training or individual development programme, to enhance the organization competitive edge. The skills transferred will help to comply with SETA requirements submission.

Performance Management

Ipeleng Botshelo assist, advise, support companies and organizations in implementation of performance management system for establishing the measurable objective goals and fair appraisal during the review period. We further assist the employer for employees that achieved below the required performance standard/goals to gain the required confidence to perform optimal.
